Enrolment type

All learners are automatically enrolled in the Academic Mentorship Programme. Learners enrolled for extra lessons have mentorship included in their fees.

Academic Mentorship Programme (mandatory)

Annual Academic Planning Workshop (8 modules) · parent and learner participation · WhatsApp academic support · quarterly one-on-one review sessions.

Stand-alone mentorship fee: R1,000 once-off (non-refundable). Included at no extra charge in all extra lesson packages.

Extra lesson structure

Weekly club sessions of 2 hours per learner — support and consolidation sessions, with primary instruction delivered via the online learning portal.

Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are payable by the 7th of each month.

Reports are issued every Monday to one nominated email address.

WhatsApp communication & support

WhatsApp support groups are mandatory for parents and learners unless you opt out below. Groups are used for weekly motivation, academic check-ins and exam planning.

Media & POPIA consent

ICAN2 may use photos, videos, audio recordings, testimonials and academic achievements for marketing and reporting purposes. Opting out does not affect access to services.
